About the role
You will provide support to people with a disability to assist them to achieve their goals, increase their independence and participate in community life. The support may be one-on-one or group support, in the person’s home, in public or at IMPACT’s facilities.
On a day to day basis, you will:
- Enhance opportunities for people to participate in community activities
- Assist participants to develop and maintain life/skills and/or pre-vocational skill sets as identified in their NDIS plan
- Encourage social and communication skills for participants through recreation and leisure activities

This casual role provides:
- Salary packaging up to $18,500 per year so you pay less tax and increase your take home pay

About you
You will have previous experience working with people with a disability, together with a:
- Minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support or a related field
- Current drivers’ license
- Possession of a NDIS Worker Screening Card and Working with Children (Blue Card)
