• Casual hourly rates range between $29-32 per hour based on experience PLUS super PLUS salary packaging
• Shifts close to home around Maroochydore, Caloundra, and surrounds

Getting to know you

• You are genuinely passionate about helping others
• You will have previously supported people with mental health and/or disabilities
• You are available for at least 3 days a week which include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and active sleepover shifts
• To be eligible for the above shifts, you must also be willing to help support clients who are more independent but still need our help (2-4hr shifts)
• You will have proven experience supporting people with challenging behaviours
• Manual handling experience (preferred)

To be successful in the role, you must provide:

• A Queensland drivers’ license with a registered and insured vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Yellow Card
• Blue Card
• First Aid Certificate & CPR 
• Under Qld Government mandate you must be fully COVID vaccinated (2x doses)
