Regis Woodlands is seeking an enthusiast and passionate individual to join their lifestyle team. Working on a part time basis, the successful candidate will have knowledge of lifestyle therapy and is committed to enhancing the lives of our residents.
How you’ll make an impact
- Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
- Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation reflecting any changes to resident’s status
- Liaise with residents and their families
About you
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
- Outstanding computer literacy
