JOB DESCRIPTION

Our lifestyle program is one that we are proud of and ensures that our residents enjoy every single day. Regis Woodlands is seeking an enthusiast and passionate individual to join their lifestyle team. Working on a part time basis, the successful candidate will have knowledge of lifestyle therapy and is committed to enhancing the lives of our residents.

 

How you’ll make an impact

  • Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
  • Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation reflecting any changes to resident’s status
  • Liaise with residents and their families

 

About you

  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
  • Outstanding computer literacy
