About the role:

This role at its core is about developing strong connections with clients ensuring they receive the support they need to continue living the life they choose at home and in their local community. 

We have multiple roles available for Personal Care Workers and Domestic Assistants, working with NDIS and Home Care clients. Our clients need support in a range of activities, such as personal care, domestic care, respite care, meal preparation, shopping, transport to appointments and events, community access and after school support.

We provide services across many locations throughout Frankston, Mornington Peninsula and surrounding areas, meaning you enjoy working close to home and in your local community.

The hours you work are flexible and tailored to your availability. The most available work is in the morning and afternoon with some evening and weekend work also available.

About you:

We welcome applications from experienced care workers and those new to the industry.

  • You MUST have a Cert III or IV in Disability, Home and Community Care or Individual Support.
  • You must also be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
  • You must be willing to travel between clients & have your own reliable transport and a driver’s license
  • Up to date COVID & Flu vaccinations
  • You must be willing to complete Domestic Assistant Shifts
