MAKING A REAL DIFFERENCE
Disability Support Workers (DSWs) will develop meaningful relationships with participants by getting to know them as people with individual needs, dreams and aspirations.
In this role you will use the strength of your relationships with participants to support them in working towards their identified goals, whilst empowering them to participate in personal decision making.

We are currently recruiting for casual and permanent (PT & FT) positions.
To be a successful, you will –
- Be committed to improving the lives of people with a disability
- Be passionate about this industry and supporting vulnerable people
- Be resilient and able to manage challenging situations as they arise
- Willing to commit to a variety of different shifts, including overnight, weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience with psychosocial disabilities or mental health will be highly regarded, however not essential
- Relevant qualifications and experience are preferred but not essential
- Be willing to undertake and provide a NDIS Worker Check, WWC, Police Check (6 months) and First Aid Certificate
- Hold a current drivers license, have a car and comprehensive car insurance
