ABOUT THE ROLE
As a care team member with Prestige Inhome Care, you will work collaboratively with the larger nursing and care team to provide high quality care services to clients needing support in their own homes in Northern Sydney.
Tasks include:
- Observe client’s wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancements.
- Be proactive with our clients’ needs
- Personal care and general household duties to ensure the client receives the most extraordinary care
- Assisting with patient with any personal care requirements
- Maintaining records and communicating with doctors
- Participate in client reviews and work with the client’s family to honour client requests
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within interdisciplinary team
- Work 1:1 with clients and their families in the home setting

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care
- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support
- Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle would be preferred
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain one
