We provide high quality services to the elderly and people living with complex needs so they can continue to live fulfilled lives in their own homes. We operate south of the river from Belmont to Armadale, Cannington to Fremantle and Rockingham/Kwinana to Singleton.

Role responsibilities:
You will be visiting clients in their own homes to assist them to live independently and remain in their home for as long as they can. Some of the duties may include:
- Personal care (showering, toileting, dressing and continence care)
- Meal preparation
- Shopping assistance
- Transportation to appointments and community activities
- Domestic assistance and laundry
- Social Support and Respite
- Medication prompts
- Completing documentation and reports
What we require:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), or Cert III in Aged Care/Disability.
- Experience in aged care, disability or community nursing experience is desirable.
- Clean, reliable car with comprehensive insurance.
- Access to a smartphone for work purposes.
- Valid WA Drivers Licence.
- Reliable hours and days of availability.
- Proof of full COVID-19 Vaccination.
- Proof of Influenza Vaccination.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check to be obtained if successful and prior to commencing work.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current working with Children Check (or willing to apply).
- Willingness to travel.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A caring nature, professional approach and passion for Aged care and Disability.
