Bridging Care provides services to the elderly and disabled. With services like transport, domestic assistance, meal preparation, medication preparation, we are able to support the client in continuing to live in their homes.

What the role is:

A domestic assistant provides help with basic household tasks such as cleaning, bed making, dishwashing, clothes washing, ironing, hanging clothes out, assistance with meal preparation.

Transporting clients to do shopping, appointments, community interactions.

Attend clients home for social support, this can include chatting with them, providing companionship, making them a cup of tea, meal preparation.

 

 

What you need:

  • Valid Drivers Licence along with a car that is insured.
  • COVID 19 Vaccinations
  • Previous work in the aged care sector if possible.
  • A drive to work with aged care and the need to both assist and encourage the elderly to live a happier life.
  • Able to work minimum 3 days ( around 5-7 hours in the day).
