JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsive Support Solutions are a disability service provider supporting adults and children in the Ipswich, Springfield, Logan and surrounding areas.  We offer high quality and meaningful support that focuses on the individual assisting them to reach their goals and expectations.

We are looking for fantastic people to add to our team of staff. If you have thought about getting into this industry and you are not sure where to start, feel free to apply for this position as we will offer training as needed. 

These roles are for an immediate start and will be providing support within peoples homes.

We require people with good availability over 7 days for shifts that range from 2 hours through to 6 hours. 

We anticipate for the right staff with the right availability there will be a minimum of approximately 20 hours per week within a month of your start date with the potential to be higher than this after that period.

  • Passionate people with great availability
  • People that understand life doesn’t stop when a disability occurs
  • The ability to blend in with different family dynamics
  • The ability to build rapport with a variety of people

Requirements (current or willing to obtain):

  • Current First Aid and CPR check
  • NDIS worker screening check
  • Blue Card (working with children check)
  • Evidence of Covid 19 vaccination
  • NDIS worker orientation module
  • Covid Infection Control certificate
  • A current drivers license and access to a vehicle (and willingness to transport clients in your vehicle)
