About the Job:
- Undertake support planning, using holistic assessment, and develop carer action plans
- Provide high quality and timely information, advice and referrals
- Manage all administrative tasks in support of carers, including highly accurate CRM entry
- Facilitate carer peer support groups
- Maintain knowledge of services and referral options

Selection Criteria:
Mandatory
- Current driver’s licence
- Hold and maintain a current Working with Vulnerable people card
- National Police Check
- Be COVID vaccinated or scheduled for first jab at commencement
Essential
- Demonstrated ability to think laterally on your feet to creatively solve problems
- Proven ability to communicate in a client service setting
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan, be organised and achieve results
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other business applications
Desirable
- Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Previous experience in the Community Sector would be an advantage
